A&J was super helpful, nice and welcoming. We were in town from over 2 hours away for 4th of July and needed an emergency tire change. We were in and out within 20 minutes. I have no complaints and would most definitely recommend!!

The best place in town. I needed tires to pass my inspection and an oil change. I checked multiple places. All of them were more expensive for the oil changes and tires and their customer service was lacking. I was passing by and seen El Alex's and within 30 minutes I had to use tires on my car that looked brand new oil change, and my inspection for less than what any other was charge me just for tires. Customer service was on point. Highly recommended.

super fast and convenient!! these are genuinely prices i could not have beat and they made sure to check all of my tires before sending me on my way. great service, will be back for my car needs !! edit: coming back to say, i ran over a nail by accident 🤦🏾‍♀️ called them to tell them i was having problems with the tire, and came in and got it fixed immediately!! they are so efficient here and i had to make sure to give them EXTRA props!!! thank you!

Alex and the Staff took care of my needs I tell you. I needed two used tires( gotta save these pennies) and They had me covered! I see Alex doing an Inspection and I needed one of those too, so I ask How much and How long, he said that Black Car over there is before you. I looked at my time and it was limited due to my work schedule so I told him I would be back next morning when he opened...Boss Man said Nah Bruh..since I already got you up, we gonna knock it out Now. I mean he took care of that Inspection so QUICK AND EFFICIENTLY that the Guy in the Black car didn't even have a Clue. I go over to thank him for Allowing Me To Get my Inspection done first and he didn't even know. Hands Down Great Shop, Great Staff, Tires Good, Inspection Flawless and some Great Customers. Give them the service for those Tire needs and other services they offer! Thanks To the Staff for taking care of mine.

EXTREMELY helpful. I traveled from Raleigh to Greensboro for an event and my tire got shredded. I looked up the closest tire company near me and they popped up. Turns out the lower control arm that holds the suspension up snapped in the process of my tire getting ruined, and the tire rod bent. I emphasized that I needed to be home the same day and couldn’t travel back and forth and wait a day - they stayed open later to ensure my car was fixed. Gave a significantly better deal than you would get going to a dealership or commercial auto shop as well. They even showed me exactly what happened to the parts they had to replace. Excellent customer service and pleasant people all around. I HIGHLY recommend.
